 Brookside/Waldo's premier real estate father/daughter duo, George and Eli Medina, are consistently ranked in Kansas City Business Journal's Top 25 real estate teams. In 2017, the two of them closed $50 million in sales, 155 transactions, and sold more per agent than any other team in the city. The Medina team hold almost 30 years of combined experience in guiding clients through a rewarding home buying and selling experience. Although the Medina's dominate Brookside's real estate market, their success was hard-earned and well-deserved. 

 

 

George Medina is the owner/agent for the George Medina Team. He is also a native of Kansas City. He grew up in the Waldo area and attended Saint Elizabeth's Grade School and Bishop Hogan High School. He is very active in his Brookside/Waldo community. He is also very involved in his parish, Saint Peter's. His hobbies include cross fit, weight lifting, health and being a family man. 


 

Eli Medina, George's daughter, joined the team in 2012. Eli is a graduate of Saint Peter's and St. Teresa's Academy. Eli attended Truman State University on a full ride volleyball scholarship and earned her BA in Business. Then earned her MBA from Rockhurst University on a basketball scholarship.

 

Dani Caron received her Real Estate license in 2014. She joined the team in 2018 as the Transaction Manager. But, has been doing Transaction Management since 2014 for various teams and brokers. She graduated from Raytown South High School and spent 9 years in the United States Marine Corps.


 

Catherine grew up in Manhattan Kansas but currently lives in Kansas City. She attended The University of Kansas for college where she also played volleyball for 5 years. Post -college she pursued a professional volleyball career in Europe. When she returned, she headed back to her alma mater as the Assistant Director of Recruiting for KU Football. She also worked for the Kansas City Chiefs as the Suite Services coordinator. In 2017 she won the title of Miss Kansas USA.  In 2018 she received her Real Estate licenses and is now the listing coordinator for the team.
